In general, very pleased with response and quality of service...Sent email and called in morning of Fri Nov 8, and by mid afternoon, service was complete / problem solved at a reasonable price. Matthew Smith is a good worker who gets right to work, and is willing to listen and respond to customer questions and requests. In addition, I appreciate being informed via text that he (serviceman) is on his way with ETA... Also, received both an estimate + invoice for future improvements to my garage door system. Thanks to Grand Opening Garage Door for fixing my garage door. The door was half way closed and the springs were falling off to the front and stuck between the heavy door. Mike and Austin came to rescue. They both were very knowledgeable and resolved the issue within one hour. I was so impressed with their work. Highly recommend them to everyone!

My door stopped operating and I called for service at 12:15pm. Mike, the owner, arrived at 1:30pm. They had replaced my springs 3 weeks ago. Turns out the motion detectors were misaligned. Fixed in a jiffy at no charge. This is the only garage door company I will ever use.

Grand Openings Garage Door has once again come to our rescue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Please consider them if you need any repairs. I really messed up the garage door - it closed while I was backing up and I hit it with force. Dented, off the track, ball bearings flying, segments not matching up, etc. It is now working more quietly and nicely than ever for 182 bucks for parts and labor vs. 2K+ for a new garage door.
