Mike was a perfect service person. He responded to our call right away, came even earlier than expected with a phone call first. He tried to repair our 12 year old garage door opener which had served us well. Mike let us know that we would need a new door opener. He offered us several options, explaining each option in detail. We made our selection, he returned a day later and in record time had the door opener operating . It is quiet as promised and works just great! Mike left the work area neat and clean with everything in place and disposed of the old opener for us. What a happy experience we had with Grand Openings Garage Door Service.
